The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Warriors Party

From the very beginning of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of characters, and a thrilling plot including angels, fiends, and malevolent powers growing in strength within the city.

Note: Key plot points for the latest installment of this adventure lie ahead.

The Warrior Group Introduced

Episode 3 ended with a major cliffhanger and revealed the initial group of characters who will split off from the main group to undertake their independent quest, separate from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table consists of Teor (portrayed by the voice actor), Thimble (Laura), the fierce warrior (Whitney Moore), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

With 13 cast members, it was obvious from the start that maintaining everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.

Hence, the opening chapters of the new season serve as an Overture, connecting the personal journeys before branching into three separate parties: Fighters, Schemers, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who enjoy a typically action-packed fight-heavy narrative style where peaceful solutions are rare.

At first glance, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might seem unsuited, but the actions of episode 3 make it clear why these five characters are ideally matched for the warrior group.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the group has a clear idea where to go next after a violent initial meeting with the enemy group.

Casimir of Thjazi Fang—whose passing initiated the campaign’s events—exploited the enemy for his personal gain, entering Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting Thimble, and taking all the magical artifacts to sell off.

The traitor then paid off his obligations and fled to a fortified location in the northern region, north of the urban center, with Cyd Pridesire hot on his heels.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each character has a personal reason to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, wants revenge.
  • The knowledgeable figure has experience in Timmony and cautions that it is a dangerous place.
  • The strong character and The cleric, having resisted his house’s orders to eliminate the target and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their position as important members in House Halovar could assist the party access places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, Teor vowed a unbreakable promise to The savior for his deliverance and will now accompany him everywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Lastly, all of them are sought by the rulers that rule the setting for a multiple motives, making remaining behind dangerous:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are notorious outlaws.
  • The strong figure and The healer turned against House Halovar and the legion of demons they are allied with.
  • The target is marked for death by House Halovar.

This means them little choice but to journey toward the northern region in search of the antagonist.

Future Episodes

Based on the latest episode’s Cooldown, we learn that the Soldiers table will be absent next week, leaving the rest of the cast members to form the Questers and Strategists tables.

Viewers can anticipate discovering which adventurers will be where in Campaign 4’s last Overture episode, streaming live on the upcoming Thursday.
